By booking a service with Veluxe Cleaning Co. ("Veluxe", "we", "us") through our website, phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

A booking made online is a request until our team confirms it. We may confirm your chosen time or propose another time based on team availability. You will be notified by email of any change.

Please give accurate details about the size and condition of your property when booking.

• Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, including estate gate clearance where needed.
• Ensure running water and electricity (PHCN or generator/inverter) are available during the clean.
• If our team cannot gain access within 30 minutes of arrival, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Our cleaners are trained, vetted professionals. We have zero tolerance for harassment, abuse or unsafe working conditions. Our team may pause or end a visit if they feel unsafe, and charges may still apply.

Please secure pets, and keep cash, jewellery and valuables put away. Our staff will not move heavy furniture or work at unsafe heights.

We take great care in your home. If something is accidentally damaged by our team, report it within 24 hours of the visit with photos. We will inspect and, where we are responsible, repair, replace or reimburse up to the value of the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items that were not secured, or damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). The price shown when you book is an estimate based on the details you provide. If the property is significantly larger or dirtier than described, or extra tasks are requested on-site, we will agree any additional cost with you before continuing.

Payment is due as communicated at confirmation, and no later than completion of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, failing which the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja shall have jurisdiction.
